Lately I’m obsessed
with the “fitness food” (or the most healthy possible) because I go to crossfit
three or four months ago and the food and portions that I ate it was very bad
for my body and health. I didn’t see
many changes so… I obsessed with the healthy food.
I see many
videos in YouTube of kitchen recipes, vegan recipes (especially vegan candies,
I love it), smoothies, organization of food, what is better to eat, etc. I see these
videos in the night and I love it, these videos entertain me a lot. But the complicated
is that I don’t eat many vegetables, I think that I only eat ten vegetables maximum
so I try to cook the healthiest possible with these vegetables and others aliments
like: quinoa, vegetables drinks, integral rice, etc. I also see on Instagram
many videos of Chilean coach or international coach that cook recipes very
delicious, and I like when they cook candies or similar food, because it’s most
difficult cook healthy candies.
I hope this
obsession with fitness food lasts, because I think that is good for me, but I
know that one day in the week I eat any meal.
Healthy food is nice, but also potato chips.
